Welcome to Homeschool Freedom Academy (“HFA”). By enrolling in our umbrella school and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment & Membership

Enrollment is valid for the current academic year and must be renewed annually. Families must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment. HFA reserves the right to refuse or revoke enrollment if false information is provided or if policies are not followed.

2. Attendance & Record Keeping

Parents are responsible for submitting attendance logs and maintaining records as required. HFA securely stores records but is not responsible for lost or inaccurate submissions. Failure to submit required records by deadlines may result in withdrawal from HFA.

3. Payments & Refunds

All fees must be paid in full upon enrollment.Payments are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors. Additional services, such as transcripts or graduation documents, may require extra fees.

4. Parent Responsibility

Parents are fully responsible for selecting and implementing their child’s curriculum. HFA does not provide direct instruction or guarantee compliance with state homeschooling laws. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure they meet local homeschooling requirements.

5. Graduation & Transcripts

Students seeking a diploma must meet HFA’s graduation requirements. Official transcripts are available as an add-on service. HFA is not responsible for acceptance or accreditation of homeschool records by colleges or institutions.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

HFA values your privacy and secures student records. See our Privacy Policy for more details. Personal information is not shared without consent, except as required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

HFA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of any updates.
